Where do orders ship from?

All orders are shipped out of the Netherlands

What is the processing time?

Dreamchaserart is an independent shop, completely run by myself. With this in mind, I process and ship orders usually within 1-3 workdays. During the holiday season or special big product releases and pre-orders, processing may take about 1-2 weeks to process to make sure that everything ships safely.  If your order needs to take priority, such as needed for a gift or a special event, please contact me after ordering and I will do my best to accommodate.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Location and shipping charges can be selected for your destination upon check out. Keep in mind that customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times will, of course, vary depending on location. It also varies due to what type of shipping method you choose but the shipping time estimation is as follows:

Netherlands: 1 – 3  working days

EU countries: 5 – 21 working days

International: 14 – 45 working days

Note these are estimates, in busy periods such as during the holiday seasons these shipping times may vary. Keep this in mind when ordering for a special occasion.

Delays in shipping due to Covid-19
As the world is still dealing with a global pandemic shipping times are severely impacted and shipping might take longer than usual. Please be patient, the postal services around the globe are overloaded and things take much longer than usual. Please take this in consideration. 

Double-check your address

If you do not fill in the correct address or an incomplete address your order might take longer or might not arrive at all. I am not responsible for orders lost or late due to incorrect addressing on your part. Did you spot your mistake, please contact me immediately and I will see if I can fix it.
However if I made the mistake I will resend the order at no cost to you.

What happens if my package goes missing?

The postal service is not exempt from making mistakes, or losing packages, as many of us know from shopping online. To avoid any problems, I would highly recommend choosing the tracked package method, especially for international packages and large orders. Most orders, especially small ones, will be automatically shipped with standard mail with no track and trace. Please contact me or choose the tracked shipping options if you want to upgrade your shipping to track and trace/insured packages. Be aware that I won’t be able to refund any lost or damaged orders if they are not sent with the tracked/insured option. 
As an independent artist and small webshop owner, I can’t be held responsible for mistakes made by postal services across the globe. I do whatever is in my power to ensure your order will arrive safe and sound. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and the post office will help you find your package if this is the case. I do however always request my customers to always wait at least 35 days before saying a package is lost.

What to do when an order is returned to me?

If you are not home when your order is delivered by your postal services they’ll usually leave a notice for you to pick it up at your local post office. If you do not do this within a certain amount of time the parcel/order will be returned to me. When this happens and the parcel is back in my possession I will contact you about, you have two options, I will either refund your money for that order minus the shipping costs (this option is not available if an item is personalized, damaged or made to order) or resend it, in which case you’ll have to pay for shipping again.

Returns and Replacements

Dreamchaserart does not accept returns. The sizing guides & description of products are made very clear, so all sales are final.

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged upon transit, the items will be replaced with no extra charges to the customer. Please photograph your items and contact me, and I’ll do my best to make things right!
