Where do orders ship from?

All orders are shipped out of the Netherlands

What is the processing time?

Dreamchaserart is an independent shop, completely run by myself. With this in mind, I process and ship orders usually within 1-3 workdays. During the holiday season or special big product releases and pre-orders, processing may take about 1-2 weeks to process to make sure that everything ships safely.  If your order needs to take priority, such as needed for a gift or a convention, please contact me after ordering and I will do my best to accommodate.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Location and shipping charges can be selected for your destination upon check out.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times will, of course, vary depending on location. It also varies due to what type of shipping method you choose but the shipping time estimation is as follows:

Netherlands: 1 – 3  working days

EU countries: 3 – 15 working days

International: 7 – 35 working days

What happens if my package goes missing?

The postal service is not exempt from making mistakes, or losing packages, as many of us know from shopping online. To avoid any problems, I would highly recommend choosing the tracked package method, especially for international packages and large orders. Most orders, especially small ones, will be automatically shipped with standard mail with no track and trace. Please contact me if you want to upgrade your shipping to track and trace/insured packages. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and the post office will help you find your package if this is the case. I do however always request my customers to always wait at least 30 days before saying a package is lost.

Returns and Replacements

Dreamchaserart does not accept returns. The sizing guides & description of products are made very clear, so all sales are final.

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged upon transit, the items will be replaced with no extra charges to the customer. Please photograph your items and contact me, and I’ll do my best to make things right!
